Master the art of BBQ ribs with this foolproof recipe! These ribs are slow-cooked to perfection, resulting in tender, fall-off-the-bone meat with a sticky, caramelized glaze. Perfect for summer cookouts or any time you're craving authentic BBQ flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2kg pork spare ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
Steps:
- Remove membrane from back of ribs and pat dry
- Mix dry rub ingredients (paprika, garlic, onion powder, pepper, salt)
- Apply rub generously to both sides of ribs, let sit 30 minutes
- Wrap ribs in foil and bake at 275°F for 2.5 hours
- Remove foil, brush with BBQ sauce mixed with brown sugar
- Broil or grill for 5-10 minutes until caramelized, serve hot
